These Terms govern use of mirravol.com, operated by Mirravol Fitness LLC.
Submitting a membership inquiry or contact form on this site does not create a binding contract or commitment of any kind. Any membership agreement requires separate written confirmation from Mirravol Fitness staff and signed waiver documentation completed at the facility.
All memberships are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Members may cancel at any time before the next billing date by visiting the front desk or emailing info@mirravol.com. No cancellation fees apply. Class Pack sessions are non-refundable but remain valid for 90 days from purchase.
Monthly fees are non-refundable after the billing date. Unused days in a cancelled period are not refunded. Personal training packages cancelled with at least 48 hours notice may be refunded at the per-session rate for unused sessions.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Mirravol Fitness LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed fifty dollars (0).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
